Find your unlock code

Right after payment we email you a unique unlock code. It's also shown on your order confirmation page. The email subject is about your UWM OS order, from Urus Wang Mudah.

It looks like this: UWM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Can't see it? Check your spam / promotions folder, and give it 2–3 minutes to arrive.

Tap your plan and enter your code

In the app, tap the plan you bought (Basic, Master or Legacy), paste your unlock code, and tap Unlock now. Your modules open instantly and are yours for life.

Paste your code exactly, no spaces. Save it somewhere safe — you'll need it to unlock on a new phone, or if you clear your browser.

What happens after you unlock: UWM OS prepares your coaching session as a ready-to-paste prompt — you run it in a free AI assistant like Claude (a free account is fine). The app walks you through setting it up the first time.

If your purchase email has an "Open & unlock" button, just tap it — it opens the app and unlocks your plan automatically. If it doesn't, no worries: follow the three steps above.

I didn't get my unlock code

Give it 2–3 minutes, then check your spam, promotions and updates folders and search your inbox for "UWM" or "Urus Wang Mudah". It's also on your order confirmation page — the one shown right after you paid. Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll send it over.

My code says it's not valid

Two common causes: (1) an extra space got copied — retype or paste it cleanly with no spaces before or after; (2) you tapped the wrong plan — a Master code only unlocks Master. Tap the plan that matches what you bought, then paste the code. Codes are one long line like UWM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Do I need the app on every device?

Your unlock is saved in the browser you use it in, so it stays open on that phone or laptop. To use UWM OS on another device, just open the app there and enter the same code again — your code keeps working.

I bought an upgrade (e.g. Basic → Legacy)

You'll get a fresh code for your new plan by email, the same way. Open the app, tap the new plan (e.g. Legacy), and enter that new code — it opens the extra modules on top of what you already had.

Can I get a refund, or I bought the wrong plan?

UWM OS unlocks instantly and is yours for life, so purchases are final. But if you bought the wrong plan or were charged twice, message us with your order number and we'll make it right — usually by moving you to the right plan for the difference. Full terms: our refund policy.
